They find and fix the gaps in your knowledge. If you can consistently pass our tests, you will CRUSH the national registry. Here's a few ways our testing is significantly advanced over your standard html multiple choice quiz sites: *Questions are assigned points based on their difficulty, how necessary it is to your knowledge, and the importance of the principle involved as it relates to the subject. Each test populates questions randomly. If you miss a basic airway question, its going to cost you more points than a difficult question. If you happen to get a test that randomly populates with lots of "easy" questions, the number of correct questions you need in order to pass gets higher. If you have a particularly difficult test, it adjusts to the difficulty and you are allowed to miss more and still pass.
